The document is legal agreement between you and us i.e., "GloVoice". The terms listed here applies to the user of our website: glovoice.com and the services provided. The terms listed here are binding to the relationship built between you and us once you have accepted the terms. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before using the website, your access and usage of the website implies you have approved and comply in these terms.

Terms related to your GloVoice account

  • If you are willing to download voice files from the site or utilize other services, it is necessary to sign up for an account.
  • You should register with minimal required fields.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details (like username and password) private and not sharing with others.
  • Two factor authentication is mandatory for all accounts.
  • Using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

Content terms

  • We don’t own any content which is generated by the users and distribute it to other platforms.
  • We are uninvolved passive channel in distributing this content to the end users.
  • As we do not own any content, we are not responsible for any copyrighted/ offensive content submitted by the user. We will be taking down any such content which violates any terms or conditions.
  • The only content owned by us is the website files including the graphics, content, logos, source code, sample voices and AI voices, that's it.

Voice files storage policy

  • All the files generated on this platform are stored in our own datacenters.
  • We do maintain hourly backup of entire user data on remote location. We can restore this in case if required.
  • Although we do maintain backups, you are responsible for keeping a backup of your own data. In case of unfortunate events where data gets completely lost, we cannot be held liable. We can restore backups from remote storage, but if we are unable to do so, we cannot be held liable. It is recommended to keep backup of your own data.
  • All the converted voice files are stored on server for period of 6 months. Post 6 months, we will delete all the voice files and any temporary data.

Account Termination

We reserve the rights to terminate your account without any further notice or liability, for any reason, including the violation of our terms. Some reasons which can lead to account closure:

  • You have violated our terms.
  • Your access to the service result in the injury/ problem to the owners, other users, or group of people.
  • In case of investigation or legal action.
  • The account is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate.
  • You are using bots or automated script to access your account and download files.
  • You are found creating multiple accounts to get free trials and abusing the system.

Payments and Refunds policy

  • All users are provided with free trial package on signup to access the service and see if it fits your usage. Once you have signed up, just create a support ticket and ask for trial pack.
  • In case you have purchased the paid service and found that the service is not as you had expected, we can provide refunds after deducting the payment gateway and other charges, provided we are able to validate your claims. Also, you should claim the refund within a week and should have used less than 10,000 characters from the paid pack.
  • In any other cases, refunds will not be provided.
  • In case of account termination due to abuse or breach of terms, no refunds shall be provided.
  • If you have any problem with payments or refunds, please feel to reach out to us using the support email or simply create a support ticket.

Support Terms and Conditions

  • Support for the product is provided through emails or support ticketing system.
  • We aim to resolve your queries within 24 hours. We are usually faster than this. GloVoice support does not guarantee any timeframes for support unless otherwise stated.
  • Corporate customers who require dedicated account manager or guaranteed response times, should get in touch with the support.
  • Using abusive language will not be tolerated.

Usage Policy

  • We strictly do not allow users to use GloVoice to use copyrighted content.
  • We own all the rights to the generated voice files and the end user has rights to use these files.
  • You may not post content unless you created it or participated closely in its creation. "I have permission" does not mean you created it.
  • You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You may not post content that is destructive to minors in any way.
  • You may not request different clients of the GloVoice Site to join any other web services or other administration.
  • You may not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," "get rich schemes" or any other form of solicitation.

Character usage policy

  • All the characters provided in packages are standard characters, unless stated otherwise.
  • AI voice sounds more natural than the standard voice, with human like emphasis
  • AI voices require more resources to synthesise, hence they use 4 times more characters than standard voice. So, if you convert 1000 characters using AI voice, it will use 4000 characters from your account balance.
  • In addition to this, some languages - Korean, Chinese uses twice the number of characters.


  • We, GloVoice do not make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services "as is".
  • We do not promise that the site or any content, service or feature of this site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that use of GloVoice will provide specific results.
  • Any misfortune or harm of any sort acquired due to the usage of the "GloVoice" services, the owner does not underwrite, warranty, certification, or Accept Accountability for any occasion, Products, or services accessible through the "Services" or any site Available through the services.

Changes in the Agreement

We have the right to change the agreement and terms when we need to do it. In case if we make any changes, this page will be updated, and you will be notified well in advance.
